My Career Canvas is an innovative digital platform designed to encourage women to develop their careers when they need it more (not when society says they should).
Women are faced with unequal opportunities when making career decisions: impostor syndrome and self-doubt can hinder their ambitions, while their performance appraisals may be seen as too ambitious or not worthy of a fair reward; they also face challenges related to maternity leave, caring responsibilities, and ageism that men do not typically face. These factors can benefit a man's career but harm a woman's family and economic situation.
Our patented canvas, and unique journey, provide a transformational experience, enabling women to realise their full potential through testing, practice, and valuable networking opportunities within our empowered community.

During The Break, we saw how different and yet similar women can be. Although we come from different places and have different backgrounds, work, ages, and interests, we all face the same issues.
We are committed to promoting diversity and inclusion, but we can't do it on our own.
That's why we need ambassadors to help us spread the message of professional empowerment.
To this end, we're looking to create a community of women who share our vision by launching a call for pledges.
